10. How long are your classes? → Our classes are 30 minutes. The perfect amount of time to learn, grow and stay engaged.
11. How many classes per week do you recommend? → Two classes a week is ideal for progress and confidence.

14. How does your belt system work? → Students start at white belt and earn higher belts by showing strong effort, skill, respect, good attendance, and passing their belt test.

16. How often do belt tests happen? → We test for new ranks every ten weeks.
